Forecourt interceptors are drained, desludged, pressure washed and the appropriate cleaning certification is then issued in accordance with "Fire Officers Recommendations".
All Works are carried out in accordance with the Health & Safety Executive Guidance Note: CS15 "The cleaning and gas freeing of tanks containing flammable residues"
With our Petroleum Specification Tankers, we carry out uplift of Petroleum products for transfering on site, during grade changes or to alternative sites as required. We have full vapour recovery capabilities.
During the temporary or permanent closure of a site, we uplift and transfer fuel, bottom out tanks and provide water to either seal or fill tanks as required.
Should fuel become cross contaminated in a tank, we uplift and transport the material back to the refinery ith a prompt and efficient service.
All Spillages are dealt with promptly, the affected areas are cleaned thoroughly with detergents. The waste is removed from site and then disposed of in accordance with current legislation at L.I.S Licensed premises.
